Working 7 days per week
 

Our people work 21 days and 21 days they are off work. They get paid 7 days per week 12 hour per day.
I have set the work schedule Monday - Sunday 6 AM - 6 PM.
This has not changed in the Project Formatting the working hours / day / week / moth / year /
In the Resource Information the working hours remain 8h instead of 12h
It also calculates with 8h.
What have I done wrong ? Please help

You'll need to change the conversion factors in the Project Formatting inspector to match your new schedule. Change the working day conversion to be 12 hours instead of 8, 84 hours for the working week instead of 40, etc...
