Is it possible to resize images without distorting the overall shape?
 

Hi.

I'd like to create a speech bubble which I can resize but I'd like it not to distort the tip of the speech bubble. Are there any way's I can do this?

If this is not very clear I will explain in more depth with some diagrams if necessary.
