Search for tasks from Policarpo. He's really tried to make this work.

Note, though, that OmniFocus at present is _not_ designed as a multi-user task management application. It's just not. So you _will_ have work on your hands to delegate tasks (if this means copy/pasting them via email), and follow-up. Usually creating a "waiting" context with people you delegate to underneath kinda works for this.
