Is there a way to limit a repeating action
 

I need to know if there is a way to limit a repeating action. I am in college, each class lasts for 6 weeks. During those six weeks I have repeating actions.(weekly assignments, team assignments..etc...) Can I setup an action to repeat weekly for only 6 weeks, so on the 6the week the action no longer repeats itself?

No, not really. You can enumerate all of them, or you can just set an action for 6 weeks out that tells you to stop the repeating...
