Promote "Project>Actions" to "Folder>Projects"

Hi. Is there any way to promote a Project with Actions to become a Folder with Projects? (The same way, for instance, one can promote an Action Group with Actions to become a Project with Actions.)

Not that I'm aware of . You can change actions to projects but not projects to folders .
