SneakyPeeks Size???

Just an observation that I need to confirm. Is the file download size for SneakyPeeks considerably smaller than the previous versions? And why?
I'm assuming SneakyPeeks should be a full fledged OmniFocus package not an upgrade to an existing previous installation???

The sneaky-peeks are not localized, which makes them much smaller than the standard release, which included a number of localizations.
