Tracking Actual Resource Allocation.

Hello,

Is there any way to track actual resource allocation and update cost and schedule accordingly?

For instance, If I planned to be at a certain job all day but got called away to a different job for half the day, can I describe that in Omniplan as the actual scedule on that day?

Thanks

What you can do is plan out your schedule and set a baseline by clicking on the baseline button. This will create a snapshot of your original schedule so that as you work and update your actual schedule, you can switch between the actual and baseline to see if there are any changes from your original plan.

The baseline doesn't keep track of costs though so it might not do what you need. We're going to be adding this in a later version of OmniPlan as well as the ability to make multiple baselines instead of just one.
