Sorting by date -- tasks with no date show up

Hey, folks. Sorry if this question's been answered before.
[LIST=1][*]I deselect everything in the Sidebar so all Actions are showing.[*]Group by Due[*]Sort by Due[*]Actions with no due date show up at the top, in the "Due Today" section.[/LIST]
Any ideas? Those Actions aren't a child to anything -- they're at the project's top level.

Do the action's projects have due dates? Remember that in planning mode, sorting is done by projects, not actions.
