Default project, default context?

Is there any way to set a default for when I'm doing my GTD getting things out of my head brainstorm? I do this straight into the inbox and would love it if they were all Project: Personal and Context: Home as default - most of my stuff is like this - would be great then to just go through and change the few that need changing

I seem to spend an awful lot of my time choosing 'personal' and 'home' when they could be autofilled

or

How about a few hotkeys to autofill both project and context for your most used stuff?

You can set a default single-action list for actions that don't have a project. Make that "Personal" (I presume that so heterogeneous a project must be a single-action list). As for context, you could set Clean Up to clean up actions without a context, leave the context blank on everything you want in your default context, then, in Context Mode, look at the No Context box and drag everything in it to Home.

Have you tried Typinator, TypeIt4Me, or one of the other snippet keepers? They could certainly do this--except possibly in Quick Entry; Typinator (my snippet keeper of choice) only works with Quick Entry if OmniFocus is the foreground application.

Hey Brian

Well I could do that, but that would be 'doing it' LOL which is what I was trying to avoid
