Sync button now greyed out, no longer syncing via Bonjour
 
I've been a long-time OmniFocus user on both my Mac and my iPhone and have been able to sync via Bonjour with no trouble.

Recently, however, I've run into a situation where the sync button on the iPhone became greyed out (and wasn't syncing with my Mac).

I tried the following steps to resolve the problem, with no success:[LIST=1][*]I went into settings on the iPhone, reset the database. [*]On the Mac, I removed the client registration for the iPhone and reset the password for the sync database and re-shared the settings via Bonjour.[*]On the iPhone, I was able to see the Mac when I clicked on "Get settings from Mac", but when I clicked on the name of the computer, I wasn't prompted for the database password, but rather dumped back to the OmniFocus "Settings" screen.[*]The Mac still does not list the iPhone on the list of clients.[/LIST]
It seems, for some reason, that the iPhone is not able to configure itself to sync with the Mac, though it had before.

Has anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions?

I seem to remember helping customers with this - if I'm remembering correctly, there's a bad password saved into the keychain on the phone. We can see the sync server, but it's not letting us connect.

If you contact the support ninjas, we can help you reset OmniFocus' keychain entry; that should get you back up and running. Sorry for the inconvenience here.
