Due Soon Issue

I seem to have found a minor, but annoying, issue.

I have my "Due Soon" setting on "2 Days" in the preferences.

I have my In Contexts, show: set to "Available" in the preferences.

I have added 2 items I set to start after work today, and set to complete by Saturday at 11:59 pm, with a context of "Home"

Under my "Due Soon" list from the main page, there is nothing (which is correct). The items are due within 2 days, but they aren't available yet.

But Under my "Context" list my "Home" context is showing "2 Due Soon" when it shouldn't be because those 2 items aren't available yet.

When I go into my "Home" context those items are not in the list (which is correct cause they aren't available yet).
