Setup Perspectives on iPad?

Is there a way to setup Perspectives without using the Mac version (which I don't have)? Can I do it using the iPhone app?

Unfortunately, there is not a practical way for you to do it. I've sent you a private message about an alternative method. In the mean time, you should use the Contact Omni command under the gear menu to send in your feature request!
