importing In Control docs

Does anyone know how to import "In Control" (a pre-OmniOutliner program) docs into OmniOutliner and maintain some or all of the hierarchical formatting? Apparently, to import files into OmniOutliner that translate into an outline structure, the files need to be in a tab delimited format. Perhaps there is an intermediary step to translate the In Control info to the acceptable format for import?

I think In Control exports tabbed plain text which can be examined and cleaned up in BBEdit or TextWrangler.

FYI Intel Macs don't support Classic apps
