I haven't the foggiest idea why there's a difference in the paths, however I'm going to spend most of the day trying to figure out why.

Well, I've managed to get a relative path for an action that opens a file, I did so by using my network account instead of stuff on my local hard drive.

That said, when I create a stencil out on the network user account to open another stencil, the relative path shows in the inspector, however the action works as expected, and the new stencil shows.

So, still baffled.
