OO4 Free Upgrade if bought now?

I don;t mind paying for upgrades but I;ve been bitten twice lately so thought I'd ask first off!

Is OmniOutliner 4 due soon and if so do any current purchases of OmniOutliner 3 get a free upgrade to 4?

Yes, anyone who buys OmniOutliner 3 at this point, from our store or the Mac App Store will get OmniOutliner 4 for free.
