How do I ask the support ninja's to make a perspective for me?

I have the ipad version of omnifocus and use it everyday. It is fantastic. Unfortunately, I do not own a Mac. In reading these posts, every now and then I see reference to the perspectives that are available on the Mac version and the ability to ask a support ninja to create a perspective for a user.

Is this true? If so ho would I take advantage of that?
