Responsive Image Maps

OmniGraffle is great for creating web image maps. However these days it's important that such images are responsive (i.e. auto-adjust sizing for tablets and smart phones).

Is there any chance Graffle will include the ability to create responsive image maps in the near future?

Alternatively does anyone have tips on how the HTML output could be adjusted so that it's responsive?
