Error messge - can't open .graffle file - please help

When trying to open a document I was working on yesterday I received the following error message:

The document “The_Victorians_wireframes_002.graffle” could not be opened. Close tag on line 47506 does not match open tag key

Does anyone know how can I can retrieve this file?

Best bet would be to contact the [EMAIL="urgent@omnigroup.com"]support ninjas[/EMAIL] and attach a copy of the document to the email.
