Opening Bookmarks shows an errant favicon

I am using version 90279. Whenever I show my Bookmarks page (click icon or select from menu), a favicon from one of my previously viewed sites shows on the Site Preferences Inspector button. I could not find this problem in this forum. Any ideas? If not, please add it to the list. Thanks!

Not a problem for me, but I am now on 90300.
