OmniOutliner 1 for iPad restore

After resetting my iOs-7-beta´ed iPad Mini and updating to 7.02 final, I wanted to restore Omnioutliner1 for my iPad, wether it´s in my backup or I can find it anymore at the App Store. Come on, I do not want to upgrade to version 2 at the moment. But it seems like I am forced to. Any way to go?

All done. As mentioned in another thread, you´ll find the V1 in the iPad´s sight of the purchased apps so far.

Maybe this could help others.
