Prioritising in OF

Hi,
I'm new to this so not sure how to set a priority by action item. I've looked in Help and the manual but can't find anything on the subject. Is it possible to set priorities and if so how?

You may want to take a look through the forums for priorities / prioritization for some ideas -- there was a lot of discussion about it.
