Trouble Syncing with iCal

I just started using OmniFocus and love it! Thank you OmniGroup, for helping me get things done.

When I tried syncing with Ical I got the following error message:

"Only the default document can be synchronized"

I only have one omni document so not sure what the problem is - please help!
