Custom Diagram in Omnigraffle
 

I am trying to create a custom diagram for Omnigraffle. I would like the first level below home to layout horizontally and the second level below that to lay out vertically. I have tried creating a custom diagram using strategically placed magnets but cannot get it to replicate. I don't want to make the connections manually because it is a large site map - any suggestions?
