Inbox
 

When I try to add an Inbox item to an existing project the task remains in the Inbox, unless I add a context. Is there a way to do it without a context?

This behaviour matches your settings in OmniFocus [U]for Mac[/U] in > Preferences > Data > clean up inbox items which have:

- a project
- a context
- both a project and a context
- either a project or a context

Currently your setting is the third one.

Woot! Just learned something. That used to drive me crazy, but from the other perspective. I don't want something to leave my inbox until I've assigned both project AND perspective. I see I can do that now.
