Please help, don't know how to schedule tasks properly
 

Well I do, but they have varying dates. I just want them to be done within a time period. I seem to have actual start date and actual end date. Well I don't know those yet. I know the soonest the person can start working on the task and the latest it needs to be done by, but not the actuals. Can anyone help me please?
