Bezier curves?
 

Is there any hope of OG ever getting Bezier curves with control handles at the vertices? It's embarrassing for me to have to use PowerPoint to create objects with curves since trying to do it in OG.

OG 5 has Bézier curves! It's one choice in the line type pulldown in the Lines and Shapes Inspector: straight, curved, orthogonal, Bézier. The line tool works as the pen tool does: you add a control point by dragging instead of clicking. You can turn an ordinary point into a Bézier control point by command-dragging it.

Indeed it does! I'm embarrassed not to have looked further down the list of line style choices. All is good in the world now!
