How do you add tasks to a project while in context view?
I think subject says it all, but I'll explain more here:
I am in context view looking at an action and I realize there is another action that needs to occur, or the action really became a project. How can I add actions to it? In the project view this is easy, but it seems impossible in context view. |
Double-click on the row handle (the dot at the left end) of the action in question. This will create a new project mode window focused on the project that contains the action. Make your changes, close the window.

I personally just use the quick entry window.

Which, incidentally, appears when you hit Command-N in OmniFocus 1.7.5 (just in case your system-wide keyboard shortcut isn't convenient enough :-). -Dennis |

Perfect, I really need to read the manual again... |
While that might not be a bad idea, I'm not 100% sure this is actually in there!
