OmniFocus QuickPick for Apple Backup 3
 

FYI - I just posted a free QuickPick for use with Apple Backup 3 on my website.
It makes a backup of your Database files ~/Library/Application Support/OmniFocus and your OmniFocus plist files ~/Library/Preferences.
