Framework Dependencies

I am using the OmniFoundation framework in an app I am writing. The framework(s) will be copied into the final application in the Copy Files Build Phase so users won't have to install the frameworks(s) themselves.

My question is, do I also need to include the OmniBase framework if I want to use the OmniFoundation framework in my app? Thanks.
