Adding Contexts to Actions

Okay, say I created an "action" but didn't create a context for that action. How, then, do I edit the context after the fact.

This seems like it should be quite easy but I can't seem to figure it out.

Nevermind, I figured it out. I was trying to ad contexts to "projects"
