Convert Flowchart to SVG?
 

I would like to export my flowcharts as svg for use on a wiki. I have found I can export as eps, then import into Scribus, then export as svg, but Scribus reveals a bunch of invisible images that it can't convert and replaces with red Xs, like so

which I then have to delete. Is there any way to convert directly to SVG from with OG?

If you have OmniGraffle Professional you can export to SVG. It's not an option for the Standard version of OmniGraffle, however.
