Splitting an item sends it to the end
 

Let's say I have two items, each of which is a block of text. I want to split the first item in half, so I put the cursor where I want to split the item, and hit Control-Enter. It does split the item, but the text in the second half of the item moves to the end of the document - in other words, AFTER the second item.

I would like to split the item and have the two halves remain next to each other. How do I do this?

This will be fixed in the next build.
