Shared Layers Question
 

Hello all

Hope someone can help me with this.

I have been using shared layers and think they are great.

So far have been using them only for top menu bars but now would like to use them for other page elements (such as footers) that need to be positioned in different parts of the page on different canvases.

So my question is - is it possible to use a shared layer but have it appear in different places on different canvases?

I don't believe they work that way - they really are shared layers and any changes propagate across all canvases.

What you are looking for is some sort of object cloning feature that Omnigraffle doesn't have. At least not yet (I'm just hoping, I don't know anything)
