1. You have Expand Row as Cmd-0. I think that is incorrect.

Expand Folders or Rows Cmd-9 or Cmd-Right Arrow
Collapse Folders or Rows Cmd-0 or Cmd-Left Arrow

2. Alternates for some you listed:

Move Down Cntl-Cmd-Left Arrow or L
Move Right Cntl-Cmd-Right Arrow or R
Move Up Cntl-Cmd-Up Arrow or U
Move Left Cntl-Cmd-Down Arrow or D

3. A couple not in your list:

Mark Selected Row as Done Spacebar
Add Additional Actions in Quick Entry Shift-Return

Thanks for catching my mistakes/omissions. I always forget about the functionality of the spacebar.

My gosh, some of those are so much easier: L, D, R, U!

Thanks,
Steve

Edit:
I have attached an update OmniOutliner. Feel free to update it and make it better.

Group selected items under a new parent is also Shift-G

Ungroup items from under a selected parent is also Shift-U

This is wrong. It is Shift-Return. I edited my original post.

Ooh, that's a good one. Certainly easier to remember than Option-Cmd-L!

After doing all that work, I discovered this program:

From the website:
KeyCue gives you an instant overview of the overall functionality of any application, plus lets you automatically start working more efficiently by making use of menu shortcuts.
This morning I thought I had broken OF when I tried to move some actions using U and D.

Actually it has to be u and d because if CAPS LOCK is down it doesn't recognise U and D.

Would this be classed as a bug or not?

The same keyboard shortcut (outdent) that turns an action into a project in the library will work here.
