Name colors

Can anyone point me to the description of what the color schemes are for name titles and how OF decides which color to use when?

[COLOR=Blue]The way I stumbled upon changing colors is to put 'fonts' in your toolbar from 'customize toolbar' then when you click on it, you can change the color and size of your fonts[/COLOR]
