Importing on a PC
 

OK. I've sone this fantastic outline with embedded pdfs and all sorts of stuff. I exported to HTML and sent to the boss. He was impressed. He now wants to know how he can alter/adapt things ... in other words we want to be able to work collaboratively. What software does he need? Or will he only be able to do something simple like the outline? A mac is not a possibility ... his wife has hidden the credit cards since his last purchase! (That's why I have memorised mine!)

Any ideas?

Unfortunately I don't know of a comparable app for Windows. Here's a site that lists some Windows outliners

Perhaps there are some leads there. In general any outliner that understands OPML can be used to share data with OmniOutliner.

You'll need to be very careful about tracking changes if you'll be swapping these files.
