1.0.3 update crashes

Has anyone else had trouble installing the 1.0.3 update through iTunes? Mine crashed and now I've lost OmniFocus altogether from my iPhone and I get an error message "0xE800002E" when I try to re-install it via synch. :(

Thanks very much, I should have searched the forums more thoroughly before posting.

In the end, though, I had to completely reset the iPhone before I could remove and reinstall.

Resetting the device between each remove and install was a good tip as well.
