Force Every Link That Wants To Use A New Windown Into A New Tab Instead

Nothing makes me crazier than tonnes of windows popping open when I'm browsing, and as such I have been searching for a way to make OmniWeb force all links that want to open a new window to instead open in a new, background tab. Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this?
