Number of due items seem incorrect

I have a project that is showing 2 due items in the left bar but when looking at the project there is clearly only one item due. I set the project to have the due date and not the items so I think...

Im not able to set the time in the "Next Review:" field of the inspector for a project. I've tried selecting a time from the drop down and typing it in. Neither works. I did notice that the time...
