Backing up omnifocus.ofocus

I see that the file omnifocus.ofocus is accessible via iTunes> Devices> devicename> Apps.

Is this backed up by the standard iTunes backup when synching, or should the file be uploaded to the...

Sync'ing and the new MobileMe calendar

Fired up iCal this morning and got a message asking me if I wanted to upgrade to the new MobileMe calendar. I am using MobileMe to sync with iPad and iPhone versions of OF.
