Waiting for and People Contexts

I have a waiting for context then I then sometimes further break down into people - e.g., Waiting: Person's Name. I also have a context for people I speak to frequently, e.g., People: Person's Name....

Trouble with Mail Rule

I am new to omnifocus and trying to get set up. I attempted to set the mail rule (the one that lets you send an email to yourself with +omnifocus) but I get the following error message:
