How to convert multiple SVGs into a stencil

Hello folks,

Is there an XSLT transform that will take multiple SVG files and create a stencil file? I am figuring that this may be the best way to get SVG files into OmniGraffle.

I was looking for an import of SVG images so that the SVG would be contained within a flat SVG instead of a folder with an SVG extension. I utilize an XML database so would appreciate clean XML. ...
