I thought it indicates that a project is Someday/maybe type.
But since there's no way to view projects on hold all together...

Reviewing projects on hold

I've faced a problem of reviewing projects that are on hold.
Many people do this:
They create an additional folder called "Maybe/on hold" and put corresponding projects into it.
But I do not agree...
