I am choosing OmniWeb, because one of my dream features of an OS X browser is to emulate the IE environment, sorta like a emulator for an OS. And when I discovered OmniWeb has it, I was like -- wow!...

Windows stay the same size

When I open new windows, how do I make it where they will stay the same size? I have my OmniWeb pretty much full screen, but new windows will always be small. Is there a way to fix this?
