It was less about having too much (I had specific project ideas on hold) as much as having large sections that needed to be focused - that I hadn't taken enough time to properly flesh out and yet...

I need some good advice here:

I'm not checking Omnifocus- and I know why. I've got too many projects hiding as actions...it's doing the job wrong, because I screwed up. I'm a GTD'er three years...

How can I sync Start/Due dates to iCal? [A: use "export calendar" instead.]

All I want is the items with a DUE DATE (or start date) to show up on a calendar; NOT any of my other 'todos'

Nothing I can see in the manual (1.4) seems to give enough detail. Any insights?

I use mailtags heavily on my Mac. And OmniFocus, of course

My 'big" problem is this: I tag emails that will take >2 min to follow up...and get to them when I have time. I have four email...

I'd like to see some convergence of the interfaces - but I think each interface is optimized for the hardware; I think they should be different but sem to have a similar look/feel.

Don't overcomplicate your contexts, is my general advice.
90% of my time, I'm home or at work; I've defined my contexts there into some fine levels of granulation: @Laptop, @email, @Internet.

But...

Any reason why you couldn't launch a separate piece of software for mind mapping? You can attach documents to given projects (perfect for mind mapping.)

It's worth noting that the people at DavidCo 'fall off the wagon' quite a bit too. Getting the review as a habit is a killer difference. It means that you are 'aware' of those things.

I think it's pretty simple.

You don't value your time. If you're quibbling over $20, then perhaps you need to adopt the GTD principles a bit more.
