It's not a plugin it's built in to Postbox and it works fine from the right click contextual menu but not at all from the services menu.

Postbox integration issue

When trying to copy pasted text into a new Omnifocus item through the service panel (actually a keyboard shortcut that accesses the service panel) I get an error that results in no text being pasted...
