Possible to enable PDF / RTF viewing in Omniweb?

I could be wrong, but I believe that the ability to view PDF and RTF in the browser are built into Webkit. Is this possible to enable for Omniweb?

Refresh issue with blocked content

In b3 I've noticed that when you scroll, garbage appears in the blocked content "wells". It disappears if you mouse over the well and reappears as soon as you start scrolling again.
