Workflow broken

For now my workflow is broken -- Eventually yes, give me synch however that will work. For now -- it is essential that dropbox work. It doesn't need to synch. Just allow us to get it to the dropbox....

In Gmail, any items that are to become actions are marked with a star and left in the inbox until I grab the pertinent info with my quick keys and stick it in omni. Once it's being tracked I archive...
