I'm syncing omnifocus through mobile me. The data syncs, but the styles do not. How can I get the same styles on both computers?

Every time I sync with ical, duplicates show up in OmniFocus. I sync ical via .mac and keep my OmniFocus file on a flash drive. Could either of these things be causing the problem?

Currently every action item in omnifocus syncs to ical. I would like to only have those things show up in ical that actually have a date.

Is this possible via some simple script?
