Displaying Time hh:mm in Start/Due columns

I like to assign time (hh:mm) to my tasks. Currently I use contexts (e.g. 07.3 for 7:30 am). Is there a way I can rather use the date format for Start and Due (e.g. 07:30 9 March 2011)
